Can I return my order?

RETURN PROCEDURE: You can return the product within 30 days after receiving it only if it is completely new, unused, and undamaged. If you already used the product, you cannot return it, and we cannot refund you the purchase price.

If you have NOT USED the product, you can return it to our warehouse in Slovenia or USA and pay the shipping costs (shipping costs are not refundable).

*When we receive the package, we will check if everything is alright and then refund your money. This procedure may take a while. The package should include a piece of paper stating your name, surname, and order number, so we know who the recipient of the refund is.
